We have obtained the best packaging solutions we could find, so that we can send delicate chocolates and macaroons across the United Kingdom and beyond with the confidence that they will arrive secure and in perfect condition. ​

We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 and 48 to deliver your order by post, or ParcelForce for larger consignments. We also offer a Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day option. The delivery charge is determined by the weight of your package and the delivery option you choose, so the costed options will be displayed during checkout, before you commit your order.

We are able to do same evening deliveries in an area close to where we are located, namely all addresses with postcodes that start with HA1, HA2, HA3, HA4, HA5, HA6, HA7, WD1, WD2 and WD3. 

As most of our products are made fresh on order, we need to receive your order by 10am in order for it to be dispatched on the same day.

We also have a customer collect option, if you are able to collect your order from 37A Sandy Lodge Way, Northwood, HA6 2AR (see the map below).

During the checkout phase, you will initially see an "Estimated Shipping" cost quoted, which is for the default delivery option for UK deliveries. But during the checkout process, you will be given the opportunity to select other delivery options, each of which will be quoted for you.

Note that for Guaranteed Next Day or orders required to be delivered on a specific date, someone needs to be available to sign for acceptance at the delivery address. Please note that we cannot take responsibility for non-delivery or late delivery of products where there was nobody home to receive the parcel.
