Single Origin Chocolate Bar from Uganda: 80% Chocolate, with added Blueberries and Cacao Nibs - 100g

This chocolate bar is made with 80% single origin chocolate from the Rwenzori Mountains region in Uganda. The fertile volcanic soils and tropical rains produce a cacao with exceptional intensity. To this, we have added blueberries and cacao nibs to enhance the natural depth of flavour and to produce a chocolate that demands your focus and attention when it is enjoyed.

But this chocolate is not only an extraordinary delight; it is also produced in a way that ensures fair reward for the local farmers, through the Cacao-Trace certification programme.

Store at room temperature, around 19 degrees C and out of direct sunlight.

INGREDIENTS: Sugar, Cocoa butter, Natural Vanilla Powder, Blueberries. Dark chocolate contains: Cocoa solids 80% minimum.
